4. ROUTINE MAINTENANCE

CAUTION

The Goretex filter has a smooth and a matt side. Ensure
that the smooth side faces outwards.

Main Body

The easiest way of fitting a new filter is to place the sensor grill
face downward, with the Neoprene seal inside it and the clean
filter (smooth side against the Neoprene seal) on top of the
seal. Then place the Minigas Mk5 instrument onto the sensor
grill (not vice versa) and turn the two items over together.

For instruments fitted with a chlorine sensor, fit only a stainless
steel filter.

Zellweger Analytics offers calibration and repair services at
many centres throughout the world. Users should contact
Zellweger Analytics (addresses on the back cover of this
