Air Purge Blower Overcurrent
• The air purge blower motor
current exceeded the rated
value. The thermal relay
activated.
• Press the ALARM RESET
button after you reset the
thermal relay.
Contact your local Johnson Controls Service Center.
Purge abnormal
• Purge tank pressure did not
fall to the automatic purge off
point while in automatic purge
operation.
• A rise in the purge tank
pressure was detected during
the automatic purge operation.
• The purge (vacuum) pump
motor current exceeded its
rated value. The thermal relay
activated.
• Press the ALARM RESET
button after you reset the
pump motor thermal relay.
• Purge manually. See Purge Procedure on page 90 .
• Contact your local Johnson Controls Service Center.
HG Hi Pressure Prevention
(HG (XG) high pressure
prevention control)
• The HG (XG) generator
pressure rose enough to
trigger the load limit operation
• The alarm is automatically
reset when the pressure falls
• Check the cooling water line.
• Check the cooling water flow rate.
• Check the cooling tower.
• Purge manually. See
Purge Procedure on page 90 .
• Contact your local Johnson Controls Service Center.
HG Hi Temperature Prevention
(HG (XG) high temperature
prevention control)
• The HG (XG) generator
solution temperature rose
enough to trigger the load limit
operation.
• The alarm is automatically
reset when the temperature
falls.
Low Cooling Water Inlet
Temp. (Low cooling water inlet
temperature (alarm))
• The cooling water inlet
temperature fell enough to
trigger the load limit operation
during the cooling operation
• The alarm is automatically
reset when the temperature
rises.
Check the cooling water inlet temperature control
system.
High Cooling Water Inlet

• The cooling water inlet
temperature rose enough to
trigger the load limit operation
during the cooling operation
• The alarm is automatically
reset when the temperature
falls.
