19. Check for water leaks around the waste hot water
box cover during operation with waste hot water
flowing into the chiller-heater. .................................
20. Check that the engine operates properly with the
variation of waste hot water temperature caused by
the heat recover operation .......................................
21. Check that the exhaust gas inlet pressure at 100%
exhaust gas input is acceptable ...............................
22. Check that the engine operates when the heat recover
operation of waste hot water is turned ON and OFF
23. The exhaust gas forced bypass operates correctly .
24. Check to see that the exhaust gas damper and
waste hot water control valve operate correctly ac-
cording to the chilled water outlet temperature ........
25. Press the
STOP
button on the Control Panel. .........
26. Check that the dilution process is complete and ran
for approximately 15 minutes. .................................
27. Check that the air purge blower ran and the air
purge damper opened while the chiller-heater stops
28. Press the
OPER.
button on the Control Panel. ........
29. Operate the chiller-heater for 3 hours or longer. ......
30. Check for exhaust gas leaks around the XG and
the exhaust gas duct ................................................
31. Close the refrigerant manual blow valve ..................
32. Operate the chiller-heater for an additional hour (or
longer). .....................................................................
33. Check that the cooling water temperature is con-
trolled within the acceptable range. .........................
34. Check that the specific gravity of the refrigerant is
within the acceptable range. See
SECTION 7 - MAIN-
TENANCE
of the manual for more information. .......
35. Check that the chilled water outlet temperature is
lower than the chilled water inlet temperature .........
36. Record the running data on data sheets. ................
37. Check that the waste hot water temperature is
within the normal range. .........................................
38. Check that the exhaust gas inlet pressure at 100%
exhaust gas is still almost the same as it was when
the commissioning began ........................................
39. Check that the exhaust gas input interruption due
to low exhaust gas inlet or outlet temperature does
not activate frequently. .............................................
40. Check for abnormal noise or vibration around the
exhaust gas duct. .....................................................
41. Stop the chiller-heater. .............................................
B. Purge Amount Check
1. Press the
OPER
button to start the chiller ..............
2. Check that the purge amount from the absorber is
within an acceptable range. .....................................
3. Close the spindle valve to facilitate purging from
the absorber .............................................................
4. Continuously purge the contents from the purge
tank until the exhaust gas amount reduces and be-
comes stable ............................................................
5. Run the chiller-heater for approximately 1 hour
without running the vacuum pump ...........................
6. Check the total purge amount to make sure it is
within acceptable limits ............................................
7. Open the ballast valve of the vacuum pump ............
8. Press the Purge Mode
Auto
button. ........................
9. Change the vacuum pump lubrication oil .................
C. Remote Operation Check
