12.7 Updating the System

CAUTION

Do not turn OFF the VB8300 while it is being updated. If the power to the

VB8300 is cut off while updating, it may not be able to start up.

Procedure

To exit the menu during operation, press

ESC

located above

the soft keys.

In the procedural explanation below, the phrase “

rotary knob

” may be used.

These phrases indicate procedures for selecting/setting items

and entering values, character strings, and units. For details

on the procedure, see section 3.7 or 3.8.
