Pagis Pro’s Fax feature sends scanned documents directly to your
fax software. Before it does, however, Pagis Pro uses its built-in
image enhancement technologies to provide crisp, clean fax
images before they are sent.
If the document contains photographs, Pagis Pro converts them to
high-quality halftones in the fax image. This assures that the
person receiving the fax gets all of the information you are
sending.

Scan, organize, and retrieve articles and research information
Pagis Pro is ideal if you want to scan magazine articles, technical
journals, and other research information for later search and
retrieval.
Using the Scan Tool, you can scan and save documents to your
Windows file system.
Next, using the Pagis Search Database Manager, you can create
one or more databases to these scanned documents.
Finally, using the Search Tool, you can search for documents
based on their contents, or based on keywords that you assigned
to them.
During scanning, you have the option of assigning Author, Title,
and Keyword entries to each scanned document.
You also have the option of having each document added to an
existing database immediately after it is scanned and saved.
