Search by example
Another way to construct a search string is to use the like
expression. For example:
like (“The book was about a baby gorilla”)
This example finds documents that contain similarities to the
sample text, and rates them by relevance.
Other search properties
On the Search Tool main window (refer to Figure 4–65), in
addition to Search Text tab, you can use four other groups of
properties to define a search—Keywords, Date, Name and
Type and Advanced.
Click a tab to bring its properties to the front. The tabbed groups
are described in the following subsections.
Keywords tab
The Keywords tab (Figure 4–66) limits the search to documents
that have the specified title, author, and keywords.
