Installation

1) Clean all parts with kerosene or clean diesel oil.
2) Use a low

−

pressure air supply to dry the parts.

3) Put the nozzle tip (1) on the nozzle body (2). Make sure that the dowel pin in the

nozzle body engages with the hole in the nozzle tip.

4) Put the sleeve (5) on the nozzle tip (1).
5) Use the two screwdrivers to push the snap ring (3) into the groove of the nut (4).
6) Do the function check, refer to 

paragraph 1

.
