Install Primer Eccentric

HL200D and HL300D Direct Drive Models

1. Install the shaft key.

2. Slide the eccentric counter weights and primer eccentric onto the shaft.

NOTE: The primer eccentric consists of two (2) separate pieces (inner
and outer races) which are held in place by the counterweights. Keep the
counterweights and eccentric together as a unit during installation.

3. Install the two (2) retaining rings.

4. Install the impeller shaft spacer.

5. Press the outboard bearing on the shaft.

HL400D Direct Drive Models
HL200K, HL300K, HL400K Gear Drive Models

1. Install the shaft key.

2. Slide the eccentric counter weights and primer eccentric onto the shaft.
