Disassembly - Disassemble Impeller Shaft

HL200D and HL300D Direct Drive Models

1. Remove impeller shaft spacer.

2. Remove the two (2) retaining rings.

3. Press outboard bearing off of shaft.

4. Slide the primer eccentric off of shaft.

NOTE: The primer eccentric consists of two (2) separate pieces (inner
and outer races) which are held in place by the counter weights. Keep
counterweights and eccentric together as a unit during removal and
storage.

5. Remove shaft key.

HL400D Direct Drive, HL200K, HL300K, HL400K Gear Drive

1. Remove the retaining ring.

2. Slide the primer eccentric off of shaft.

NOTE: The primer eccentric consists of two (2) separate pieces (inner
and outer races) which are held in place by the counter weights. Keep
counterweights and eccentric together as a unit during removal and
storage.

3. Remove shaft key.
