Remove PIV (Priming Isolation Valve)
1. Lift PIV up to disengage body from priming tube clip.
2. Pull PIV body away from the pump to disengage tube from hole in pump
body.
3. Remove the priming tube from the PIV body.
4. Remove the O-rings from the internal grooves in the pump body and PIV
body.
(Required only if PIV requires overhaul).
1. Remove the two button head screws and washers from the priming valve
cover.
2. Remove the priming valve cover.
3. Remove the wave spring from the internal bore in the valve body.
4. Remove the piston from the valve. Push out of valve from end opposite of
priming valve cover.
5. Remove the piston seal from the groove in the piston.
6. Remove the pan head screw and washer from end of piston and remove
the valve seal.
7. Remove the two rod seals from the internal grooves in the valve body.
