COOLING SYSTEM
RADIATOR
Cleaning of the Radiator
It is very important to keep the water radiator and intercooler (1) grilles always
clean. Abstruction damages seriously these components performance, resulting
in superheating and loss of engine capacity.
Operating in very dusty conditions, perform cleaning of the grilles very frequently.
Use compressed-air jets, avoiding excessive pressure that may damage the plates.
Direct the jet from its backside to the front because dirt tends to be blocked in
the front part of the grilles.
COOLING SYSTEM
The cooling system should be supplied with clean water, free of impurities

d) Fill in and check for possible leakage.
IMPORTANT: Entrust this procedure to the trained personnel.
NOTE: Try to fill up the vehicle at the end of every working shift. This
procedure will protect from the water condensation on the upper tank walls.
Crankcase Ventilation Tube
The crankcase ventilation Tube is located right under the engine. To reach it,
station the vehicle on a ramp.
a) Remove the ventilation tube (1) releasing the clamp ring (2) by means of
pliers;
b) Wash the inner part of the tube, using solvents and pressed-air jets;
c) Reinstall the ventillation tube in its original position, tightening the clamp ring
correctly.
IMPORTANT: In the inner part of the tube, there are formed oil and dust
accumulation that may damage the crankcase ventilation. It is the reason to keep
the venitilation tube clean.
