Recomended brands:

TEXACO: MORFACK MP2 (lithium-based)

IPIRANGA: ISA-FAX (calcium based)

IPIRANGA: ISA-CASSI 2 (calcium based)

The abovementioned greases also serves as sealing. If there are no recommended

brands, use only greases with the characteristics similar to the indicated.

NOTE: It is recomended to use a calcium or lithium-based grease with

a high adherence to metallic surfaces that permits to lubricants stay on the

lubricated points.

Re-tighten the fixing screws and nuts of your bus body supports and components

according to the periods specified in this Manual. The torques of screws and nuts

of the main items are indicated in the re-tigtening chart. As for the screws, nuts,

clamps and connections that are not listed in the retightening chart, please check

their proper fitting and, if necessary, re-tighten them every 6 (six) months.

IMPORTANT: The re-tightening and lubrications mentioned in this

manual relate to the preventive maintenance and are not covered by the

warranty.
