Ensure correct well or probe is used: blue for
oral and axillary, red for rectal.
Replace probe.

Verify that
LINE FREQ
is set correctly in
DEFAULT SETUPS
in the service menu.
Replace sensor.

• Cuff size changed
• Wrong cuff size or poor/loose cuff

• Poor connection of NIBP module

module/board if necessary.
