Technical Reference Manual

This section provides information so you can troubleshoot and
correct problems that may arise when using the Configurator.

C.6.1

Configurator Error Messages

The Strata RX Configurator has an extensive set of self-
diagnostics that will alert you when an operation cannot be
completed.

When there is a problem, a small pop-up window appears on
your PC’s screen describing the problem. See Figure C-15 for an
example.

You can close this error message window by clicking

Table C-2 provides the most common Configurator error
messages and what to do if they occur.

For error codes that may appear on the front panel displays of
the RXU and RCU, see Chapter 4, “Troubleshooting”.
