button; the iCVR will reboot.

Advanced Tasks

Use the Advanced page to upgrade the camera firmware or reboot the camera.

Upgrade Firmware

1. Contact VideoIQ Technical Support for the link to the download location of the

file needed for upgrading the camera firmware. Save the file locally.

2. Click the

Browse

button and navigate to the location of the file in Step 1.

3. Click the

Upgrade

button.

4. The status of the upgrade shows in the progress bar at the bottom of the

browser window.

5. Once the upgrade is complete the camera will reboot.

Reboot Camera

Click the

Reboot

button. The status of the camera will show at the bottom of the

browser window.

Logging Off the Camera

To log off the camera, click the X in the upper right hand of the browser.

Note:

If your browser window is idle for 30 minutes you will automatically be
logged out of the camera.
