Indoor Pendant Model
Use this method to quickly install, wire and
configure an Indoor Pendant Model. Refer
to Figure 7.
1. Install Mount or prepare a vertical 1.0-
inch NPT Pipe. Feed all cables at least
16-inches (406 mm) through pipe
opening and into top of Housing.
2. Screw Housing clockwise onto pipe,
looking up at pipe. When snug, turn an
additional quarter-turn.
3. Attach Housing’s Safety Cord to
Camera Drive’s Latch.
4. Cut and terminate all cables. All cables
should be just long enough to reach
their mating connector. See Figure 8.
Install all connectors into
Communication Power Supply Board
and place each into the Cable Clamp.
If necessary, check wiring against data
in Table 1 of Wiring Section.
5. Configure Surveyor99 communication
and address DIP Switches. See Figure
9 or Table 2.
6. Follow instructions on Enclosure’s
Installation Label to insert Surveyor99
into Housing. This is done with a
counter-clockwise twist to line up
arrows and a final push up to snap
Housing Clips in place. Do not apply
power yet!
1. Attach Lower Dome and power-up.
Refer to the Maintenance Section for
Lower Dome handling.
