6.2.4 RO STAGE
The RO stage screen is an overview of the RO stage as seen below:-
Similarly to the pump screen the associated RO modulating valves target flows are animated and the
modulating valves may be put in “manual” if required.
The Salt Rejection and Corrected Flux values are animated. The corrected flux trend may be
accessed by means of pressing the graph symbol next to the animated value.
NOTE, the Corrected Flux value becomes live after the first divert to process after being put into
service.
If the corrected flux value remains below a configurable setting/band for 1 hour a warning is raised
indicating that the RO element my need cleaning. Upon completion of a successful clean 1 hour after
being put into service the new flex value is record.
