5.2 Montage und Ausbau von Ventilen / Assembly and Dismantling of valves

Assembly
Haken Sie den Ventilhaken im Anschlussstück der
verblockbaren Einzelanschlussplatte ein, drücken Sie das Ventil
herunter und ziehen Sie die Montageschraube an.
Ziehen Sie die Schraube mit einem Anzugsdrehmoment von
0,17 bis 0,23 N-m an.
Drücken Sie beim Herunterdrücken des Ventils im Bereich der
Handhilfsbetätigung nach unten. Achten Sie darauf, nicht im
Bereich der Magnetspulenabdeckung zu drücken.
Hook valve hook into connection piece of lockable single
connection plate. Press down valve and tighten assembly screw.
Tighten assembly screw with a tightening torque of
0.17-0.23 N-m.
Press down valve only at the area of the manual help operation.
Please pay attention that you do not press down the valve at the
area of the solenoid covering.

Dismantling
Lösen Sie die Ventil-Montageschraube, heben Sie das
Elektromagnetventil an der Seite der Magnetspulenabdeckung
an und ziehen Sie es in Pfeilrichtung (3) herab (siehe Bild oben).
Sollte die Schraube nur schwer zu lösen sein, drücken Sie
leicht im Bereich der Handhilfsbetätigung auf das Ventil,
während Sie die Schraube lösen.
Release valve assembly screw. Lift solenoid valve at the side of
the solenoid covering and pull it down in arrow direction (3) (see
above picture).
If the screw can only be released heavily, press down valve
at the area of the manual help operation during releasing of
the screw.

Lösen Sie die Feststellschrauben der Endplatten auf
beiden Seiten bis sie sich frei drehen lassen. (Die
Schrauben fallen nicht heraus).
2.
Entfernen Sie die Mehrfachanschlussplatte von der
DIN-Schiene, indem Sie diese auf der Seite der
Magnetspulenabdeckung anheben.
Wenn es schwierig ist, eine Mehrfachanschlussplatte mit
vielen Stationen auf einmal zu entfernen, teilen Sie diese vor
dem Ausbau in mehrere Abschnitte auf.

release set screws of end plates at both sides until the
end plates can be turned freely (the screws cannot fall
out).
2.
Remove multiple connection plate from DIN bar by
lifting it at the side of the multiple connection plate.
If it is difficult to remove a multiple connection plate with a
lot of stations, divide it into several sections before
dismantling.
