a. Search for rising edge of home position signal in reverse direction, and then decelerate (not encounter the limit) to find
Z in reverse direction
b. Start the home position return →Home position signal ON →Search for the falling edge of home
position at low speed forward direction →Search for the rising edge of home position at low speed reverse direction
→Search for the Z pulse in

c.Start the home position return →Home position
signal OFF →Search for the rising edge of home position at high speed reverse direction →Touch the reverse limit

edge of home position at low speed reverse direction →Search for the Z pulse in reverse direction
