9.4.4
Starting the packaging cycle
IMPORTANT
The packaging cycle starts automatically when the lid of the vacuum chamber is closed! Select
the packaging program which you require before closing the lid!
§
After inserting the vacuum bags, use the arrow button on the right to select a packaging program
between P-01 and P-20. The program number is displayed on LED display 2.
§
The packaging cycle starts automatically when the lid of the vacuum chamber is closed. The actual
readings and setpoints for the various work processes are continuously displayed on LED display 1.
9.4.5
Intervention in the packaging cycle
The following intervention is possible during the packaging cycle:
Pressing the STOP button
If you press STOP during vacuum generation, this process is interrupted. The controller then starts the
next stage of the program immediately.
9.4.6
Ending packaging
Once the packaging cycle is over, the vacuum chamber opens automatically, the lid opens upwards.
§
Remove the packaged products from the vacuum chamber.
§
Remove offcuts of bag plastic from the vacuum chamber and dispose of them in accordance with
regulations.
§
Once the work is complete, switch off the machine. This procedure is described in the section on
“Switching off the machine”.
§
Clean the machine as described in the section on “Cleaning” and then close the vacuum chamber.
