When viewing the video and audio data be aware that the
Source
values reflect what the
decoder is receiving from the encoder. The
Output
values are what the decoder is actually
playing as output.
Jitter Queue Average
Depth
This value, as compared to the configured Jitter Queue Time and in
combination with the Jitter Queue Minimum Depth, gives you an
indication of the amount of jitter in the current connection and
how well the decoder is handling that jitter. If this value is negative,
the jitter queue is under flowing and the decoder probably will not
be able to keep audio and video in sync. For more information see

Frames Dropped by
Jitter
An increasing count here is an indication that the configured Jitter
Queue Time may be too small given the network conditions and
encoder configuration. The 9000 Series decoder is designed to
minimize the effects of video and audio frame drops, so for
aggressive low latency applications, you may decide to set the Jitter
Queue Time so low as to cause some frames to be dropped but
keeping your video/audio quality still acceptable. For more

Age
Partial frame persistent for > 5 seconds. Indicates a network issue.
Frames Dropped by
Rx Buffer Overflow
An increasing count indicates that the decoder is unable to process
the received stream. Check for system overload conditions.
Duplicate RTP
Fragment Count
Count of RTP fragments with a duplicate sequence counter (per
frame). Indicates an encoder and/or network issue.
RTP Validation
Failure Count
Count of RTP packets that failed validation. Indicates an encoder
and/or network issue.
Source
Video Resolution
As configured on Encoder Configuration > Video page of the
source encoder.
Scan Type
Progressive or Interlaced.
Target Frame (Field)
Rate
As configured on Encoder Configuration > Video page of the
source encoder.
Target Bit Rate
As configured on Encoder Configuration > Video page of the
source encoder.
Profile
Baseline, Main, or High as configured on Video Input page of the
source encoder.
Level
In the H.264/AVC standard, a specified "Level" indicates certain
quantitative capabilities of bit stream decoding. For example, the
level-constrained decoding capabilities specify the maximum
resolution, maximum frame rate and maximum bit rate of video the
decoder is able to decode. A decoder conforming to a given level
must be able to decode bit streams at that level and all lower levels.
