The 9000 Series Decoder supports both analog stereo audio outputs via left and right BNC
connectors on the breakout cable, and digital stereo audio outputs via HDMI and SDI. All
Video Format Select the Video Format you wish to output from the decoder.
Auto
will select the best possible output for the detected input stream.
For best results, the Video Format you select should match your
output device. 480i and 576i are automatically associated with 4:3;
480p, 576p, 720p, 1080i, and 1080p are associated with 16:9.
• Auto (default), 1080p, 1080i, 720p, 576p, 576i, 480p, 480i
• Select Auto to have the decoder choose an output format that
best matches the decoded video or select fixed format to have
the decoder scale any decoded video to your desired output
format. For aspect ratio handling, the decoder considers 480i
and 576i output formats as 4:3 and it considers all other output
formats as 16:9.
• Current: Shows the current output format if Auto is selected.
• Compatible Outputs: Shows the active connections for the
current output format including HDMI, Component,
Composite, and/or SDI.
Frame (Field) Rate Select the desired Frame Rate (for Progressive) or Field Rate (for
Interlaced).
Auto
will select the best possible output for the
detected input stream.

• Current: Shows the current Frame (Field) Rate if Auto is
selected.
