7) Roll the Latch back into cavity making sure the spring t
ail goes thru the hole in
the side of the case as shown.
8) From the top insert latch pin, pushing assembly pin out. Latch is now free to open
9) Check the action of the slider to make sure the slider can move up & down freely
.
11) Check slider action. Make sure slider is free to move up & down with no resist
ance.

Thread wires thru cover as shown.
Replace back cover: Replace two 1/8” screws and tighten.
10) Replacing coil assembly

Note:
Slider must be in position between
bracket
s of coil assembly
.
Note: Position wires thru slot toward front of the strike.
The coil must be flush to case
before securing with 1/4” screw
