Step 1: Press

processing the plate.

Stop to cancel the
wash. Press Stop again to
return to the manifold to
the soaking microstrip well
The Prime key is used to
prime the syringe pump,
lines and manifold with
wash solution.
The Rinse key is used to
rinse clean the syringe
pump, lines and manifold
when the rinse tubing is
connected to distilled water.
Step 2: Select # of
Rows
Press this key and
then change the
number of
Rows to
be washed by
pressing the "+” or
“-” key.
The Manifold/
Select key is
used to select
the size of the
manifold being
used.
When changing settings by a large amount, holding down the or keys will speed your entry.
