Setting up TouchTunes Wireless Broadband
TouchTunes Wireless Broadband enables operators to connect their jukeboxes to the Internet using a
high-speed wireless connection where a wired Internet connection would be impractical.
All Virtuo jukeboxes require a high-speed Internet connection, and when equipped with high-speed Internet access,
TouchTunes Gen 3 jukeboxes offer many features and advantages over Gen 3 jukeboxes with dial-up connections.
A high speed Internet connection provides Gen 3 jukeboxes with:
• real-time customer access to the entire TouchTunes catalog through TuneCentral
• customer access to my TouchTunes from jukeboxes and access to personalized playlists
• faster data transfers and communications with the Operator Dashboard, including music downloads, settings
modifications and Network Diagnostic System (NDS)
• improved song recommendation quality
• expanded advertisement capabilities
• credit card reader functionality
The TouchTunes Wireless Broadband hardware kit (TouchTunes p/n: 600186-001) contains everything you’ll need
to provide your Virtuo with a wireless broadband Internet connection, which will allow all the features listed above.
This kit comes with its own Installation Guide (TouchTunes p/n: 900761-001) that will guide you through the proper
steps for setting up a wireless broadband connection. This manual can be found on the TouchTunes Product &
