The Diagnostic Test

Exiting the Diagnostic Menus

Part II: Technical Reference

Repeat the test. If the test displays the ABORTED message 
again, or your printout doesn't match the output shown in the 

illustrations, consult your dealer to have the printer and the cable 

serviced.

If the printer tests successfully, the test displays the COM-
PLETED message. Press Enter to return to the TDIAGS screen. 
To exit TDIAGS, continue with the next section.

Exiting the Diagnostic Menus

To exit the diagnostic menu, follow these steps:

1 When TDIAGS completes system components testing, 

type 

N

 and press 

Enter

.

TDIAGS returns you to the Main menu.

2 Remove the Toshiba Companion Diskette from the dis-

kette drive and press 

Ctrl

 + 

Alt

 + 

Del

 or the reset button to 

restart the computer.

The computer restarts.
