7.6 Area Switching External Contact

Problems

When an area switching operation works correctly in LOC mode but not
in REM mode using external contacts, refer to this guide.

Action

Analysis

1. Ensure your controller is equipped with the remote

area switching feature.

Model code = SC-F70- *D

The second-to-last digit should be a D.

2. Check that the setting in item 1 of the parameter PG06

is correct. See page 76.

3. Measure the voltages of the contacts on the back panel

terminals.
