Note 2: Use the same unit system as the measurement unit which is used for the upper limit and
the lower limit of the measurement input range. When the measurement input type is 0

511, use the corresponding unit of ˚C or ˚F.
Note 3: When the decimal position is changed, set the upper limit and the lower limit of the
measurement input range, and all items set with the measurement unit.
