Only an authorized TiLite dealer or qualified technician should install the rear anti-tip receiver.
If you ignore this

Note: Unless you ordered User Friendly Rear Flip-Up Anti-tips when you ordered your ZR Series 1 wheelchair, you
will need to order replacement Allen screws and new locknuts when ordering User Friendly Rear Flip-Up Anti-Tips.
Tools Needed:
• 5/32” Allen Wrench
1. Remove the rear wheels and place the frame upside down on a level surface.
2. Remove the camber tube. See “Replacing the Camber Tube (ZR Series 1)” on page 8-6.
3. Remove one of the two Allen screws and lock washers that secure the right camber clamp to the right CG
bracket.
4. Align the anti-tip mounting plate with the right CG bracket as shown in Figure 13-11. Thread the new, longer Allen
screw through the right camber clamp, the right CG bracket and the anti-tip mounting plate and secure with the
new locknut. You will not need the lock washer. Make sure to utilize the same threaded hole in the CG bracket
that you were using prior to removing the Allen screw in Step 3. Do not disassemble the anti-tip mounting plate
from the anti-tip receiver.
5. Remove the second Allen screw and lock washer that secures the right camber clamp to the right CG bracket.
6. Thread the second, longer Allen screw through the right camber clamp, the right CG bracket and the anti-tip
mounting plate and secure with the new locknut. You will not need the lock washer. Make sure to utilize the
same threaded hole in the CG bracket that you were using prior to removing the Allen screw in Step 5. Do not
disassemble the anti-tip mounting plate from the anti-tip receiver.
7. Repeat Steps 3 through 6 on the left side of the chair.
8. Reinstall the camber tube as shown in Figure 13-11 and see “Replacing the Camber Tube (ZR Series 1)” on page
8-6.
