Installation Process

13.

Close (turn clockwise) the leakage compensation valve until the
gauge reads about 2.7 inches of water

.

Close the valve until the purging indicator no longer cycles on and
off. The relief valve will be closed and the enclosure will just
maintain operating pressure. Setting an appropriate operating
pressure saves purge gas.

14.

Turn off the purge supply and then remove the test point gauge and
reinstall the red plug.

15.

Turn on the purge gas supply until the pressure delivered to the
enclosure inlet is between 4 barg and 8 barg, 60 psi and 115 psi, or
400 kPA and 800 kPA.
