How to set Interface

1.

Do the procedure SHIFT + CONFIG > INTERFACE > ENTER > USB > ENTER >
ON/OFF > ENTER to set the interface.

You can

t use the USB interface if you want to enable the

Pass/Fail signal output. You must use the GPIB interface (G type
only) or remote control. Please disconnect the USB cable from
your multimeter. The signal from the USB cable may make the
Pass/Fail signal output abnormal.

4.2 Setting Up For Remote Interface

DL-1060 may be remote controlled through USB, GPIB interface (only G type), or
RS-232 interface (only R type). Kind of interface should be selected in order to use
remote interface. Please refer to chapter

for detail of selection. Next, following

software should be installed into the PC for control.

-Following to NI-VISA3.1
-DL-1060 Driver

Also, application software for control is prepared into the attached CD besides of
above software. Using this, an easy operation of multimeter from the PC is possible.
Please refer install manual for detail of install method.
