The ranges for capacitance measurements in DL-1060 is 1 nF, 10 nF, 100 nF, 1

How to measure capacitance

Connect the test leads to the terminals on the front panel as shown in

Figure

2-13

Press SHIFT + FREQ to select capacitance measurement function.

Select the auto-range function by pressing SHIFT+ESC button on the front panel or

use

buttons to manually select the desired range.

Observe and take readings on the display.
