Example: The number 987654 is dialed and the PIN 456# is entered. The call is then connected to the pre-
configured callback number 004930987654 through port 9. The capital letter “C” is used in the
mappings to allow for this additional callback number. After connect, the destination number is
entered using DTMF and transmitted through port 9:

Callback calls can be initiated via SMS. The callback will be sent to the mobile telephone that initiated the SMS.
Once this call has been set up, the connection is set up to the destination number sent in the SMS.
This connection can be set up via GSM, fixed line or VoIP. This results in cheaper calls, for example in the case of
international connections. The SMS must begin with the keyword
CAL# , followed by the called number.
The following mapping entries must appear in the
route.cfg
for the mobile phone requesting callback:
MapAllCB<country><prefix>=<port>
Calls back the calling party’s number via the defined port. You can specify the country code and prefix of the SMS.

The placeholder
$place
causes a new search through the routing table.
MapAllplace<number>=<port><destination number>
The place routing allows different prefixes for different ports (fixed line, mobile, VoIP).

Specifies the file where the incoming SMS is stored.
In the following example, the SMS is sent from a mobile phone with the prefix

to a specific SIM. This SIM
must be available 24 hours a day and we recommend that it is reserved for this service. The callback call goes
through a GSM port with LAIN

, is connected using the SIM with LAIN
