This trace option provides output for communication with the GATE Manager or NMS. To activate this option, ac-
tivate the section

Remote

in the GATE Manager. You can choose the depth of the trace output:

to error messages;

provides information;

provides the entire packet.

Output is defined with a

, and the port number is 99.
