To know the exact position of the unloading door 5 positions are
marked on the outside of the tub, from 0 to 4, on the front of the mixer.
If the mark is at 0, the unloading door is completely closed. If it is at 5 it
is totally open i.e. numbers should be kept clean and visible.
Should the unloading belt be incorporated at the rear, the opening
indication of the unloading door is carried out as indicated in figure 3.8.
The opening is reflected in the same way on machines without a rear
belt.

Flap: The unloading belt exit is fitted with a rubber flap thus avoiding
the uncontrolled exit of the mix. To obtain the maximum performance
in the distribution of the mix the flap should be well maintained. When
the end of the belt can be folded the flap is not fitted.
Keep the flap in good condition to avoid possible
danger of catching the unloading belt chain.
A holding down system can be ordered as an option (C), made of two
chains and spring hooks, to keep the flap elevated giving access to the
inside of the unloading belt. This system is only used for cleaning and
maintenance of the unloading belt
When the machine is working the flap should be down
at all times to avoid danger of trapping with the
unloading belt chain.

Distribution through the side unloading door : This could be
situated on one or both sides of the mixer and also on the rear. The
delivery of the mix is carried out by varying the opening of the door.
See the figure that follows.
It is worked by a hydraulic cylinder using the necessary controls.
Depending on the unloading door opening it is possible to regulate the
mix during dosifying.
