TOWED VERTICAL MIXER
Gearbox
To change the auger reducer, the following steps should be taken:
1. Disconnect the drainage hosepipe (Ld) and place it on the floor in
a clean container.
2. Place the threaded cap in the drainage hosepipe connection.
3. Remove the filling cap (L) from the auxiliary tank and wait until oil
stops coming out from the drainage hosepipe.
4. Without connecting the drainage hosepipe, start filling the oil
reducer with suitable oil until clean oil starts to come out and there
are no air bubbles.
5. Connect the drainage hosepipe to the auxiliary tank, previously
removing the cap from step 2.
6. Adjust the oil level up to the gauge on the auxiliary tank.
7. Start up the mixer for a few minutes and check that there is no
noise.
8. Stop the mixer and check the oil level again. If necessary refill.
Gear box
To check the level of oil available a gauge level is (V) available situated at
the front of the gear box.
If the level is low fill through the filling hole again (L).
To empty the oil a cap is available (T) at the lower part of the gear box. .
Figures 4.3 and 4.4 show a gear box, details of the filling cap location (L),
and the emptying cap (T) and the visor (V).

Hydraulic foot rest
From time to time check the oil level with the filling cap indicator (Tl) and
refill if necessary. To check the oil use the emptying cap (Tv). See figure 4.5
