8 – Editing Tracks
IN/OUT/TO
These points are used for editing. To change the IN, OUT or TO
point, use the F3 (

) and F4 (

) buttons to select one. Then,
use the REW (
Ô
) (TO ZERO) and F FWD (
) (TO LAST
REC) buttons to move the cursor and the DATA wheel to set the
time.

DESTINATION TRK
Select the track that you want to be the destination for a COPY,
INSERT or MOVE operation. The choices depend on what you
have already chosen for the
SOURCE TRK
as the track to be
edited.
When a single track has been set as the
SOURCE TRK

When a track pair (for example, 1/2) has been set as the

This function copies the audio data from between the IN and
OUT points on the COPY source track, and pastes it on the COPY
destination track starting from the TO point. This operation does
not change the COPY source track.
This operation overwrites recorded data on the COPY destination
track. Therefore, the length of the COPY destination track is not
changed.
You can make multiple copies in a single operation. In other
words, you can overwrite the COPY destination track from the
TO point with a designated number of repetitions of the COPY
data.
