Settings
Select
2. Blend curves *
* Only accessible if a blend curve is enabled in the
installation setup (s. 5.3).
Set the following parameters separately
for each point of the curve. All points
must be specified. If 16 points are not
needed, repeat the last point’s param-
eter values for each unnecessary point.
• Select a blend curve
The following parameters are associated
with the chosen blend curve and must
be set separately for each curve in use.
• Animal age:
Enter the day at which each curve point starts.
• Bin # :
Enter the bin that is used for each point of the curve.
* Available if blends are disabled and if more than one bin is enabled in the installation setup (s. 5.3).
• Bin proportion (%) :
Enter the proportion of each ingredient. Make sure the
addition of all ingredients gives 100%.
* Available if blends and blend curves are enabled in the installation setup (s. 5.3).
• Animal weight (theoretical) :
Enter the theoretical animal weight for each point
of the curve.
* Available if the “Actual weight” function is enabled in the installation setup (s. 5.3).
Never decrease the theoretical weight
between two consecutive points of the curve.
• Dosage (/day/animal)
Enter the daily amount of feed to be distributed per animal for each point of the
curve. Adjustable from 0 to 30,000 g (0.00 to 66.14 lbs).
* This menu is only available if the “Continuous Feeding” option is disabled in the installation setup (s. 5.3).
The controller splits the dosage evenly between each feed cycle
of the day. Be sure the amount of feed that will be sent in a cycle
never exceeds the capacity of the drop.
• Feed during cycles #1-6
Select what feed cycles are used for each point of the curve.
* Available if the “Active feed cycles in curve” option is enabled and if the “Continuous Feeding” option is
disabled in the installation setup (s. 5.3).

CHANGING THE INSTALLER PASSWORD:
• The installer password must first be entered as shown above in order to be
modified. The prompt “
Change Password
” appears on screen once the Installer
password is correctly entered.
• Proceed as explained above to enter the new installer password
• Confirm the new installer password:
Once the new installer password is entered, the prompt “
Confirm Password
” is
displayed. Enter the new password once again to confirm. Press
Enter
to validate.
