6. Turn the unit back upright so that it is resting on its feet.

7. Slide the painted cover off toward the back of the unit.

8. Facing the front, gently place the unit on its left side.

9. Remove the 10 M3 x 6mm flat-head Phillips screws that fasten the right side

panel of the unit, and remove the panel.  Turn the unit over on its feet.

10. Using a lens duster purchased from a camera shop carefully brush then blow

accumulated debris off of the Bar Code reader located in the shuttle assembly.
Do not use any form of solvent on the Bar Code reader or shuttle assembly.
