You must choose a single person to “manage” the
group forming process. The
group manager should
tap the Create Group button and all other people
should tap the Join Group button. Once the group is
formed, all group members have the same status (the
“manager” no longer has a special status after the
group is formed).
Tap Profile to create or edit your takwak profile (see
“Using group mode for the first time” on page 49).
Tap Contacts List to view the contacts list in the
takwak software or to add a new contact prior to
forming a group (see
“Creating a new contact” on
page 42).
Create Group
The group manager is first shown a historical list of
former groups. This list will be empty if you have never
formed a group before.
