SPEEDOMETER REMOVAL AND
DISASSEMBLY

• Disconnect the speedometer lead wire coupler. (

6-3)

• Remove the screw.
• Remove the speedometer

NOTE:
“

” indicates hook location.

• Disassemble the speedometer as follows.

When disconnecting and reconnecting the speedome-
ter coupler, make sure to turn OFF the ignition switch,
or electronic parts may get damaged.

Do not attempt to disassemble the speedometer unit
