Next Hop
– IP address of the next router hop used for this route.

Distance
– An administrative distance indicating that this route can be
overridden by other routing information. (Range: 1-255, Default: 1)

To configure static routes:
1.
Click IP, Routing, Static Routes.
2.
Select Add from the Action List.
3.
Enter the destination address, subnet mask, and next hop router.
4.
Click Apply.
