SunCooler Bin Draining (Internally)
1. Tap
SunCooler ...
TM
to the enter the menu, Figure 12.1a.
2. Locate the drain plug inside the SunCooler, Figure
12.1d.
Note:
You can only drain one bin at a time.
3. Turn the thumb screw counterclockwise to remove,
Figure 12.1e. Place the screw in a safe location to
prevent from losing it.
4. Locate the air control that works with the bin
drain, Figure 12.1d, and close it by turning it
counterclockwise.
5. Tap
Drain
to begin the draining function, Figure 12.1e. Jets pump
2 turns on to drain the water from the bin.
6. Once drained, reinstall the thumb screw and hand tighten. Then,
continue to drain the other bin.
Note:
Make sure to reinstall the thumb screw. If not, then air can be
drawn through the Accu-Pressure jet plumbed into the draining system.
IMPORTANT!
If liquids (other than water) spill into the Sun-
Cooler bins, the external draining process should be used
to remove these liquids. This will prevent contaminants from
entering and affecting the hot tub water.

B.
SunCooler Bin Draining (Externally)
1. Turn OFF the power to the hot tub!
2. Locate the drain plug on the ABS pan of the hot
tub, Figure 12.1f.
3. Turn the thumb screw counterclockwise to
remove, Figure 12.1f. Place the screw in a safe
location to prevent from losing it.
4. Make sure to direct the water away from the hot tub and
the equipment bay.
5. Once drained, reinstall the thumb screw and hand tighten.
C.
SunCooler Lid Removal
1. Unlock and lift the lid up. At a 45° angle, the
lid can be removed.
Note:
Once you tilt the lid pass a 45° angle it
cannot be removed.
2. Pull on the lid, slightly, to release it from the
locking bolt, Figure 12.1g.
3. You need to align the locking bolt with the
release slot in order to remove the lid,
