Chapter 10

IB_SSC Assembly

10-13

7. Install the I/O card.

a. Remove the filler panel (if installed).

b. Press the card gently into the IB_SSC receptacle until it is fully seated. Secure

the card with a retaining screw.

8. Close the I/O bay cover and secure it.

9. Connect the appropriate cable into the I/O connector at the rear of the system.

10. Remove the antistatic wrist strap.

11. Slide the system into the system cabinet and secure it.

12. Retract the system cabinet stabilizer bar.

13. Power on the system.
