5. Place it on an ESD mat.
8.1.2 Installing a Power Supply
1. Open the right front door of the system.
2. Attach a wrist strap to your wrist. Connect the ESD wrist strap to the system.
See Section 2.8, “Antistatic Precautions” on page 2-6 .
3. Extend the ejector lever from the power supply (

4. Push the power supply fully into its slot and close the ejector lever.
5. Close the front door.
6. Remove the wrist strap.
8.2 Power Inlet Box
Caution – Use proper ESD grounding techniques when handling components. Wear
an antistatic wrist strap and use an ESD-protected mat. Store ESD-sensitive
components in its ESD safe packaging box before placing them on any surface
