- The ½ reducer must be used with a machine fitted with
DPB or WPB, if you are using low application rates, the
marker should be on the graduated sector of the flow
rate shutter < at 15.
The T factor corresponding to the flow on the VISION electro-
nic console will be divided by 2.
The graph below makes it possible to see accurately the
conditions required for using or not using the ½ reducer.
Using your settings (kg/ha, speed and width), you can find
your configuration on the graph.

If this is below the curve, then you should use the ½
reducer.

If this is above the curve, then you should not use the ½
reducer.
Example No. 1:

Here we are below the 24 m curve; the reducer must be used.
