Insurance cover on company
premises
In many cases, company premises are
restricted public traffic areas.
NOTE
The business liability insurance should be
reviewed to ensure that, in the event of any
damage caused in restricted public traffic
areas, there is insurance cover for the truck in
respect of third parties.
Special notes when using lithium-ion
batteries (variant)
If this truck is equipped with a lithium-ion
battery (variant) rather than a conventional
lead acid battery, the following special notes
apply for the operating company and driver.
DANGER
Risk of explosion!
Heating to over 80°C, mechanical
stress and incorrect use may cause
the battery to explode.
– Never heat the battery to over 80°C or
expose it to a naked flame.
– Do not subject the battery to excessive
mechanical loads.
– Do not climb on the battery.
– Avoid impacts.
– Do not open the battery.
– Never short-circuit the battery connectors.
– Do not connect the battery with the polarity
reversed.
