3. Set Up Access to Diagnostic Modem
The SpectraLink system can be accessed remotely using a diagnostic modem built-in to
the Link 150.
To set up this access, the Norstar Technician should program a port to be Direct Inward
Dial (DID). The port should emulate an M7310. The DID line should be programmed so
that it is the only line appearance on the port. It should have ringing enabled. The DID
should only appear on this port. No other features need to be programmed for this port.
