Rotate  clockwise  and  pull  the  mushroom-shaped 

emergency button until itis released (1-fi g.6).

• 

Press  the  reset  button  (2-fi g.6)  on  the  right  of  the 

mushroom-shaped  emergency  button  (1-fi g.6):  the 

white pilot light (3) will come on to indicate

WARNING! Always check the effi ciency of the 

machine earthing system after connecting the 

power supply.  Faulty or inadequate connection 

ofthe earth wire can cause serious injury and 

even  death.  Never  connect  the  lift  electrical 

system directly to the bodyshop system leads: 

a  fault  in  the  latter’s  distribution  system  can 

seriously injure the operator and permanently 

damage the control unit.

PONYBENCH BEPLUS)

Before  operation,  motor  polarity  must  be  checked  by 

proceeding as follows:

• 

Make  sure  that  the  key  has  been  inserted  in  the 

mushroom-shaped emergency button.

• 

Rotate  clockwise  and  pull  the  mushroom-shaped 

emergency button until it is released (1-fi g.6).

• 

Press the reset button on the right of the mushroom-

shaped emergency button (2-fi g.6).

• 

Press  the  <ascent>  button  (5-fi g.6)  for  approx.  3 

seconds: the lift should rise.

DANGER! Always disconnect the lift whenever 

working  on  the  power  supply  terminal  block. 

Contact of parts of the body with live parts of 

the machine can cause serious injury and even 

death.

If the lift fails to rise, change motor polarity by proceeding 

as follows:

• 

Disconnect  voltage  from  the  control  unit  using  the 

corresponding switch on the distribution board.

• 

Press  the  mushroom-shaped  emergency  button  (1-

fi g.6) until it locks in its self retaining position.

• 

Open the control console pushbutton panel distribution 

board  cover,  disconnect  Leads  L1  and  L3  from  the 

terminals and invert their positions.

Screw the cover back in place.

• 

Reconnect voltage to the lift through the distribution 

board.

• 

Rotate  clockwise  and  pull  the  mushroom-shaped 

emergency button until it is released (1-fi g.6).

• 

Press the reset button on the right of the mushroom-

shaped emergency button (2-fi g.6).

• 

Press  the  <ascent>  button  (5-fi g.6)  for  approx.  3 

seconds: the lift should rise.

• 

After  performing  all  the  above  operations,  complete 

the procedure by replacing the control console casing 

on the control unit.

• 

Position the casing on the control console frame and 

lock it in place using the setscrews provided (Fig.3b).

• 

Position  the  pushbutton  panel  cover  (2  -  Fig.3b) 

above the control consoleand lock it in place using the 

setscrews.
