ROUTING Menu
The ROUTING menu allows you to assign routings
between the input channels and output channels.

To display the ROUTING menu
Push either the INPUT or OUTPUT button.

Slot number and channel number
The slot number and channel number of the input side
are displayed on the upper row. Those of the output
side are displayed on the lower row. The cursor is
placed over either the slot number or the channel
number of the input or output side and you can change
the numerical value at the cursor position.`

Board type
The type of board is automatically displayed when the
slot number is selected. This is effective only when
setting routings in units of channels.

Connection confirmation mark
Indicates whether or not the currently selected
(displayed) channels of the input side and output side
are connected. When changing the slot number or
channel numbers, the connection confirmation mark
changes depending on their connection status.
To move the cursor
Press the
V

v
,
B
,
b
buttons. Or move the cursor using
the INPUT or OUTPUT button. The INPUT button
functions as the
V
button and the OUTPUT button
functions as the
v
button.
When the cursor is placed over the input side (upper
row), the INPUT button indicator is lit. When the
cursor is placed over the output side (lower row), the
OUTPUT button indicator is lit.
To change the slot number or channel number
Change the slot number or channel number where the
cursor is placed using the ten key pad or the +/–
buttons.
To exit from the ROUTING menu
Push an INPUT or OUTPUT button whose indicator is
lit.
Notes on routing
• No sound is output to output channels which have not
been routed.
• You can assign multiple output channels to one input
channel.
• The SIU-100/100T does not have the ability to output
a mixed signal to one channel by mixing multiple
inputs. Thus, you can assign only one input channel
to an output channel.
